Dreamy Spiced Moon Milk
This warming and calming drink is one of my old time favourite drink, and a regular in the evening to warm up. Full in antioxidants it is the perfect drink for the Capricorns and others who need to fight the cold.

Serves 2 people
Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free
1 cup soya milk
1 cup water
½ teaspoon spice blend (cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, nutmeg)
1 small pinch of cumin seeds
½ teaspoon Corn flower (optional)
Edible gold (optional)
Add water, milk, spice blend and cumin seeds in a saucepan over low-medium heat. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring continuously. The longer the brew the better the taste.
Strain through a sieve before serving.
- If you like your spiced moon milk sweeter, add a little honey.
- Be careful, using too much spices can be overpowering.
- You can use any plant based milk or cow milk to make this recipe.
