CAMILLE AUBERT

French Chef, certified Nutritional Therapist & Founder of Call her Chef, I am passionate about the products of quality and specialities of the Provencal cuisine. I have been cooking professionally for 15 years, working my way through some of the most prestigious hotels and restaurants alongside world renowned chefs. I have spent the last 8 years in London working privately, teaching cookery and designing dining experiences. 

 

MY STORY

I come from Provence, where I grew up in a hundred year old-stone farmhouse situated in the Luberon. I enrolled in a private catering school in Avignon, at the age of 16 and spent 5 years learning the art of cooking.

I then travelled the South of France to gain more experiences, working in Michelin starred restaurants and luxurious hotels in cities like Avignon, Cannes and Nice. Among others, I have worked in worldly known Provencal tables; Christian Etienne (1 michelin star) and luxurious Hotel-Restaurant La Mirande***** (1 Michelin star).

I moved to London in 2012 to learn english and share my love for the provencal cuisine with the British. I worked in the busiest kitchens of the city, and loved the opportunity to meet new people and share my passion with them.

In 2014 I took the position of Sous Chef at The Underground Cookery School and started my journey through teaching. 

In 2016, I decided to move the adventure forward by creating Call her Chef, offering tailored cookery classes, dining experiences and collaborations with international brands.

In 2019, I became a certified Nutritional Therapist and have since then worked privately for the finest clients in London. 

In 2020, I started offering virtual cooking classes for individuals and companies all over the world. I am currently still offering virtual cooking classes for people all over the world, private dinner parties in London, and recipe development services for brands and health coaches.
