Peachy breakfast

  • 1 banana, peeled and cut lenghway
  • 1 ripe peach, halved lengthwise and pitted
  • ½ cup unsweetened granola
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp almond flakes
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 tsp dark chocolate, grated



This is one of my favourite breakfast to have this summer. It is quick, tasty and nutritious.

Fruits are a good source of vitamins, potassium and fiber. Nuts are filling, nutrient-dense foods that are good for the heart and improve blood sugar control. Cinnamon strengthens the stomach, helps digestion, reduce appetite and is a great natural sweetener.





My favourite granolas to use in the morning are:




1- In a small mixing bowl, mix together the fruits and the cinnamon.

2- Plate the fruits, drizzle with honey, sprinkle with granola, almond flakes and dark chocolate.
