Papaya dream bowls



Papaya fruit bowls make the perfect breakfast. Make sure to get a ripe papaya as it won’t be as good if your fruit isn’t ready. Grab a spoon and enjoy your fruity breaky!

Note: Feel free to add granola, chia seeds, cocoa nibs... for a more consistent breakfast. Or to serve the papaya fruit bowl as a side.

  • 1 ripe Papaya
  • 250g Greek Yogurt
  • 5 Strawberry
  • 10 cherry
  • 2 Apricot
  • 2 tsp Almond flakes



1- Using a large knife, cut your papaya lengthwise and scoop out the seeds with a spoon (they have a bitter taste). Wash and cut all your fruits.

2- Fill papayas with the Greek yogurt and top off with the strawberries, cherries, apricots and almond flakes.
