Aries is the first sign of the zodiac and is represented by a ram; an uncastrated male sheep.
Aries mark the beginning of a cycle, birthing new life and energy. Springtime flourishes with wild abundance of plants as roots are beginning to grow beneath the surface.
Add into your diet more light and raw foods. In April citrus are still in season, start the day with fresh orange, lemon and grapefruit juices. Eliminate toxins with meals high in fruits and vegetables.
